50% non-refundable deposit confirms the function. Travel is free within 30 km of our N1 City base; 30–50 km adds R500–R800, 50–100 km R1,000–R1,500, and anything further is quoted per job. No cheques.

Salads and desserts are extras from R15 per guest, and travel is free within 30 km of N1 City. A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms the function.

How long does a whole lamb take on the spit?
4–6 hours over coals, depending on the size of the lamb (18–22 kg). The crew arrives 4–7 hours before serving.
